答案     Currently, the COVID-19 pandemic is still raging globally and the world economy still faces the risk of reclining. Vaccines become the key to fighting against the pandemic. China opposes the so-called "vaccine nationalism" and insists that we should make vaccine a global public good. So far, we have offered anti-pandemic supplies to more than 160 countries and international organizations worldwide and are providing the urgently needed vaccines to over 100 countries and international organizations in different ways, greatly energizing the global pandemic prevention and control efforts. China will continue to play up its strength to maintain the supply chain stability of anti-pandemic supplies. We will also actively keep offering humanitarian aids to countries in need. And China will uphold the ’’first nature" of vaccines as a public good, striving to make safe and reliable vaccines accessible and affordable to more developing countries.
    At the same time, we will uphold opening-up and cooperation, and jointly promote the world economic recovery with other countries. We have successfully started the 14th Five-Year plan, speeding up in building a new system of the open economy at a higher level. A China which is striding towards quality development in all aspects will bring new development opportunities for all countries; while a China keeping opening-up is bound to inject more impetus to the global economic resurgence.
    Humanity should be united as a whole. Life and health, existence and development should be the rights equally accessible to people all around the world.
