Now listen, and fill in the spaces.
Woman: Could you tell me about this new oven cleaner? I’ve never used a cleaner before. I usually do it by hand.
Man: Oh, this makes it much easier. This is a special new product. It’s different from others because with this one the oven doesn’t have to be heated before cleaning.
Woman: So, it can be used while the oven is cold?
Man: That’s right. It can be used without having to put on rubber gloves, so it won’t hurt your skin.
Woman: Is it a kind of paste or a spray then?
Man: It’s a thick spray on the sides of the oven and on the oven trays.
Woman: That’s all that has to be done?
Man: Not quite. After the oven is sprayed thoroughly, the door of the oven is closed and you turn the oven on to about 475 degrees.
Woman: And how long do you leave the oven on?
Man: Just 2 minutes. Then turn the oven off and let it cool down.
Woman: And the dirt is all gone?
Man: Not yet But now the dirt can be removed very easily with a wet cloth.
Woman: It sounds easier than doing it by hand.
Man: That’s for sure.[pause]
