答案      More and more people are thinking of establish a small business by themselves, but few of them have clear idea about a suitable business form. Here I would like to advise you to choose a franchise.
      Franchising is a means of marketing and distributing goods. The franchiser, normally a large business, supplies the franchisee, usually an individual, with products or services for sale to the public. The franchisee pays for the right to sell the product or service in a certain area, and also makes annual payments, known as royalties to the franchising company.
      Franchising has always been a most popular type of business in the world, and now about one-third of all retail sales in the city are through franchised outlets. The system is spreading quickly throughout the world and growing fast because it has advantages for both sides. The franchiser is able to expand his business and earn royalties. The franchisee gains training and experience and advice about running the business. Also the franchising company would provide the franchisee with trade name, materials and equipment and specialized knowledge and the franchisee can buy materials in bulk.
     If you follow my advice, the greatest advantage for you perhaps is that you can start a business of your own without taking great risks. If you are lucky enough to make a right decision, you will be able to make a small fortune in one year or two.
