答案     There are two hot issues in medical ethics today in the USA. One is abortion and the other is euthanasia. The abortion problem is an old topic nationwide and it seems to have been controversial for a very long time. No matter what different political stance you hold, you have to state clearly your point before you head for your target. Comparatively speaking, euthanasia is a much more recent topic and there are different cases to consider. People still hold different ideas about it, and the situation is also far from clear. People have become much more reasonable than they were in the abortion case. They are trying their best to probe deeply enough into this new case before making any decisions. Hopefully it will be solved satisfactorily both technically and morally.
