    It is said that the shoe that fits one person pinches another: there is no recipe for living that suits all cases. That means each of us carries his own life form which is unique. However, there are many people giving priority to the best rather than the fit. Therefore, it’s necessary to emphasise the importance of fitness in life.
    Many remarkable examples account for the importance of fitness in life. Take education as an example. The children’s talent and individuality should be considered when they receive education. Regardless of interest, talent and personality of children, the education can only kill the children’s talent. If Ding Junhui was forced by his parents to learn the piano instead of snooker, then a snooker superstar would not emerge. This is close to suggesting fitness is the best in education. Another example is Zheng Banqiao, a famous Chinese calligrapher and painter, who didn’t become famous until he formed his own "Banqiao" style. This is also shows that there is no recipe that suits all cases.
    All mentioned above tells us that fitness is the best in life and we should live our own life. Let’s find ourselves and be ourselves.
