    Firstly, we should know our capability very well so as to set proper goals and do the right things. In this way, we can probably achieve some realistic goals within our capability. Secondly, confidence is required in dealing with difficulties. When getting into some tough situations, one should be confident and believe in his capability instead of feeling timid and giving up pursuing his higher targets.
