Woman: Good morning, Mary Smith speaking.
Man: Hello, it’s Bruce White here. I’m sorry you missed me when you called my office this morning. My secretary said you wanted to change the date of our appointment next week.
Woman: Yes, thank you for returning my call.  I’m not able to meet you next Wednesday. because I will be on a business trip that day. There’s something urgent to deal with in our subsidiary. Is it convenient to you to move our meeting to Tuesday?
Man: Sorry, I’m afraid not. I have a busy schedule next Tuesday. Would it be possible to postpone until you return?
Woman: Yes, of course. I’ll be back next Friday morning. How about Friday afternoon?
Man. All right, Shall we say about 3 0’clock in my office?
Woman: That’s fine. I’ll look forward to meeting you then. If you need to change the time,  please feel free to call me on my cell phone.
Man: OK, Miss Smith. I’LL see you on Friday.
