解析     本文虽然不是个人信函，但并非极正式的商业往来信件，可使用英文书信最基本的格式，即写信日期、称呼、正文、客套结束语和署名等要求其内容简要，信息明确，语气得体即可。
    信件中日期的年份应完全写出。月份必须用英文名称，不能用数字代替。月份名称可缩写：Jan.，Feb.，Mar.，Oct.，Nov.，Dec.，但May，June，July不用缩写。
