问题     Most people say that the USA is making progress in fighting
AIDS, but they don’t know there’s cure and strongly disagree that                    S1.______
"the AIDS epidemic is over", a new survey finds.
The findings, relieved Thursday by the Kaiser Family Foundation                  S2.______
,reassure activists who have worried that public concern about
AIDS might disappear in night to recent news about advances in                       S3.______
treatment and declines in deaths.
"While people are very pessimistic about the advances, they’re                   S4.______
still realistic about the fact that there is no cure, "says Sophia
Chang, director of HIV programs at the foundation.
The Kaiser survey did find that the number of people                             S5.______

In the poll, 38% says it’s the top concern, down from 44% in a                   S7.______
1996 poll. Other findings from Kaiser, which poll more than 1,200                    S8.______
adults in September and October and asked additional question of                     S9.______
another 1,000 adults in November show that 52% say that the country

Daniel Zingale, director of A1DS Action Council, says, "I’m encouraged that the
American people are getting the message what the AIDS epidemic                       S10.______
isn’t over. I hope the decision-makers in Washington are getting the
same message. We have seen signs of complacency(满足).

选项

答案 there’s∧cure→no

解析 缺漏。根据文章的第一句话“艾滋病的治疗取得进步”以及下文的“but”所表示的转折和常识可以判断,没有治愈艾滋病的办法,所以在care前应该加一个no。另外此句在下文也有提及。
