So the digital divide will narrow rather than widen in the years ahead. And that is very good news because Internet may well be the ’most powerful tool for【B5】______world poverty.

    To take advantage of this tool, some poor countries should get over their【B8】______against foreign investment. Take American history for example. When the United States first built its basic structures, it didn’t have the capital to do so.【B9】______were built with foreign investment.
