    When it comes to working experience of the recent graduates, different people hold different opinions. Most companies prefer graduates who have some working experience. In their opinions, what the college students learn from books is theoretical but not practical. Besides, they believe that job seekers with working experience are more cooperative in a team.
    However, others, especially job seekers who have just graduated from university hold that it is unfair to them. For one thing, it is a pity for them not to have the chance to practice what they have learned to gain experience. For another, they maintain that the knowledge they have gained from books is something that most people have no opportunity to experience in their daily life.
    As far as I’m concerned, both of the two arguments are reasonable to some extent. Various ways can be adopted to settle the conflict. From the perspective of the employers, they can try their hand at hiring new but adventurous graduates. As for the college students, they should take part in more social practices to gain practical experience.
