Learning a foreign language can be difficult and at times frustrating. However, the rewards usually outweigh the difficulties involved.

Despite efforts of the government to reduce the incidence of smoking among teenagers and young adults, such as the new law which makes smoking more expensive, I regret to say that smoking is not in decline.
