Politicians beware. Software can examine legislative bills, working out the【C1】________of the text. It could allow voters to see who【C2】________determines what goes into bills.
There is a long history of companies and other vested interests【C3】________legislation by lobbying (游说) politicians. The detector is the latest in a string of projects that try to use computers to hold governments to【C8】________. At the University of Texas at Arlington, computer scientist Chengkai Li is building a system to fact-check the【C9】________of politicians in real time.
