Ladies and Gentlemen:
    I’m so honored to give a speech here for my election to the chairman of the student union.
    I am confident that I will take this post. To begin with, I am the monitor of the class where I have attained many useful working experiences. Being a monitor, I am quite aware of the role of the leader. What’s more, I take part in the campus association actively, so I think I am familiar with the student union’s working procedure, which may be vital to be the chairman. Adding to that, I get along well with my classmates and my friends.  I think a good human relation is the basement to be a successful leader. The last but maybe the most important, I am full of passion and I’m willing to serve all the students as possibly as I can.  I hope everyone can enjoy more conveniences through my efforts.
    If I was elected chairman,  I would improve our association according to the students’ suggestions. I would increase its variety and enhance its quality. Then I would also improve the campus facility condition to satisfy the needs of the students. But all of these are based on the precondition that I should succeed in the election. Just give me your trust and vote for me. Thank you!
