    Sorry I won’ t be able to meet you tomorrow morning, when I am going to have an unexpected but important exam, which will last two hours.  That is to say, I can’ t make our 11 o’ clock appointment. As you know it takes me more than half all hour to arrive at the hotel you stay in. I am afraid it would be too late for us to meet and we could not have enough time to discuss the problem. I know this may cause you some trouble, for which I must apologize to you.
    I will be free next Saturday--June 21st. Will you be free on that day? If it’ s OK, please call me and we will make it a date. Thanks.
