Dear Sir or Madam,
    My name is Wang Tao, a regular customer of your bookstore. I’m writing you the letter about the service I received at your store.
    Last Sunday, I went to your store for a book for the CET-4, which was urgently needed. I needed your shop-assistants’ help to find the book. But I found that they were chatting together happily. I asked them to help me, but the only reply I got was "Over there!", and then the conversation was on. I searched for a long time, failing to find what I wanted, which made me very disappointed and unhappy.
    As you know, there are more and more bookstores in the city and the customers have more choices when deciding where to buy the books they want, so better service can give the stores an advantage to attract more customers. If the problem of service at your bookstore could not be solved, you would lose more and more customers. Thank you for your time and attention.
