    Nowadays, there has appeared a heated discussion among college students as to whether they should attend physical exercise. Opinions on this issue vary from student to student.
    Those who are in favor of attending physical exercise maintain that college students can benefit a lot from it. First of all, attending physical exercise can help students build a strong body and keep abounding energy. Moreover, physical exercise is an effective way to relieve pressure and keep a pleasant mood. Besides, by attending physical activities, students can have chances to communicate with others, which can help them improve their social skills. However, some college students do not like to attend sports activities. They argue that physical exercise is not a necessary part of college life. In their opinion, those activities can do nothing but waste their time.
    As far as I’m concerned, I prefer the former idea. Indeed, it is very unwise of college students to keep distance from physical exercise because physical exercise can do good to us. To conclude, physical exercise is beneficial to every college student, and therefore do not hesitate to attend physical activities.
