问题 Dear Miss Mason,
   Our Society will be holding a conference at the Thai Holiday Inn and Restaurant in Bangkok, from May 4 to 6, and the theme of the conference will be "Changes in the Role of the Secretary". Approximately (大约) 100 delegates are expected, comprising mostly secretaries as well as some lecturer members.
   We would be delighted if you would accept our invitation to speak on the subject "Multi- media and Secretary" on May 5 from 10:00 to 11:00. We would be prepared to offer you a small honorarium (酬金) U.S. $ 500 and your travel expenses.
   A copy of the detailed program is enclosed. You will be welcome to attend other sessions of the conference on that day. Overnight accommodation will be provided for you on May 4.
   We look forward to hearing that you can accept our invitation. At the same time please let us know if you will need any visual aids or other equipment.
