Hi, I’m Harrison Smith. I’m majoring in Biochemistry. I am writing to let you know that as of Spring 2007, I’ve been put on academic probation, and as a result it is impossible for me to join any bowling team activities at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. Therefore, I want you to erase IAB 50 — "Intercollegiate Athletics, Bowling" from this spring course schedule.
According to the Dean’s Office, I will be able to participate in all bowling team activities in the fall, if my grades improve this semester. Thus I eagerly want to request that you continue to award my Bowling Team Scholarship of $1,800 per semester. I will definitely do my best to get good grades. If I can’t keep the scholarship, I will have a hard time covering my tuition. Please answer my request as soon as possible. I will enclose the statement of Accounts.
