Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain employee payroll files, process and reconcile employee payrolls.
- Process and enter Accounts Payable and reconcile monthly vendor statements.
- Reconcile monthly health, dental, and life insurance invoices.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree and two years accounting or general office experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail under minimum supervision
- Proficiency in the use of a personal computer and word processing and spreadsheet software
