The weather bureau forecasts these bad conditions will last into early next week. Therefore, we ask you not to loiter in the ferry terminal. For those who are desperate to make it back to the mainland, you are advised that the airport is still open, and Island Air is adding extra flights to their schedule to accommodate stranded passengers.
