Hi, Tom. This is Fred calling from the factory of our new client, Armitage Metal. Mr. Gomez, the production manager here, says our software is shutting down intermittently and giving error messages. This is causing one of their production lines to slow down, and sometimes even stop. This problem needs to be resolved quickly because they have a big order whose shipment deadline is approaching soon. We certainly can’t afford to lose the Armitage contract, either. Anyway, I think Brad in the IT support department knows the most about this software, so if you could get a hold of him and have him come here, I’d appreciate it. Thanks a lot.
