Hi, this is Kentara Fuji calling. I’m just letting you know that I’ve reviewed all of your design requests. Based on your needs, I wanted to suggest a unified theme for decorating your hotel’s lobby and restaurant. My idea is that all of the lurniture, wallpaper, and decorations could have coordinated color and pattern schemes to convey elegance and luxury. Switching to dimmer, lower-voltage lighting may help too. If you would like, I can show you all the sketches, computer models, and photos of this plan when we get together on Thursday to discuss the project’s schedule.
