M: Did you see the crowd of people sitting in the waiting room? I asked them who they were waiting for and 70% said Dr. Elliot.
W: Well, it’s 3 o’clock now and he has to leave immediately at 5. Many of the patients are going to be disappointed.
M: Dr. Elliot’s schedule seems to be open tomorrow. Why don’t you ask if anyone would like to book an appointment for tomorrow instead?
W: Good idea. Also, perhaps some of the patients with less serious conditions can see one of the other doctors. I’ll see about that too.
