He or she must actively seek information on change, both technical and social, and learn how to incorporate it in the business’s plans or deal with it effectively. This may mean independent study or attending classes so the entrepreneur can learn what is necessary to continue to operate with the best possible methods, materials and machines available.
   c．Nothing is certain. What is certain is uncertainty. To operate a business successfully he or she must not only have education, training, and/or experience in basic management and business skills, but also be adaptable to social and economic change. Adaptability to change often requires re-education, or a continuing form of management education. It is impossible for man to learn what he thinks he already knows. Therefore, to ensure effective education and business continuity, it is imperative for both managers and employees to have their time managed. Success in business requires hard work and adroit time management. So, both managers must learn to set priorities, establish timesaving routines and policies, and delegate authority to employees.
   d．If you want to manage change effectively in an organization, you must know factor in successful business management. To know why some businesses fail is to know why others succeed. Business success and business failure are two sides of the same coin. Business management calls for constant reorientation. Those who own and operate their own businesses or who manage someone else’s small business must recognize the changing economy, the new social structure, and the new forms of competition, and they must be prepared to respond accordingly. Otherwise, they will lose out in the competitive struggle.
