More focus is being placed upon Internet advertising, and there are plenty of reasons for businesses to consider trying this avenue to increase their customer base.
    A: I totally agree with you. There are numerous ways to advertise on the Internet. Options include banner ads, introductory video ads, e-mail marketing, business websites, ads with moving graphics, pop-up ads and more. Online advertising is a very cost-effective marketing technique. The cost goes toward the ad’s creation, posting and wide exposure to anyone who visits the site. Time and money is not wasted on printing and distribution. Then, in your opinion, what about the target group?
    B: Well, I think internet advertising is perfect for today’s busy, impatient society. People want information quickly. With the Internet, people can type in what they are looking for and click on what interests them immediately from the comfort of their own home. Much of the information customers want can be accessed online without assistance.
    A: Yes, people love the convenience of simply pulling information up on the computer as opposed to buying a newspaper or magazine. Not to mention that the Internet is always available. Ads and business websites can be viewed 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
    B: I agree with you. The effectiveness of advertising on the computer can be tracked more readily than in print. It is easy to be able to see how many people have clicked on an ad, have viewed a page containing ads or have visited a company’s website.
    A: Good idea.
