Woman: Whatever it is, I think I need a vacation, and keep my mind off things for a while. And I alway find something relaxing that I can enjoy. That can be a song, a cold beer, or a walk on the beach. Whatever I need, I will find something that can help me regain control of my mind. A peace of mind can change a lot of what I can do. I don’t believe I can expect to solve problems when my mind is not at ease.

Man: I prefer to establish my confidence to get things done, and give myself props for the things I’ve accomplished. I try to allow personal accomplishment to motivate me. Peace of mind, financial gain, whatever that is needed there to help me establish the confidence. I also use the benefits to help motivate myself and overcome adversity. I try not to take everything seriously, and then I can relax and work more efficiently.

Man: I learn to be aggressive and have that attack demeanor in me. Someone that stands up and takes charge of what is happening can control a lot. If I let problem come to me, rather than stepping up, it can sometimes expand into bigger ones. Then it adds more stress and pressure into my life. I try to be a go-getter and have that mentality. Instead of avoiding things, I take charge before situations become stressful problems. That’s what I believe is useful.

Man: Sometimes when I’m consumed in what I can’t do, it takes away a lot of me. Everyone has weaknesses, so just forget them. I need to focus on my strengths and the things I do well. And I use my strengths and apply them into my daily life. It helps deal with my problems easier and more effectively. And I apply my communication skills when dealing with people.

Woman: As a matter of fact, I don’t deal with things all alone. Sometimes, asking help from the others is kind of a good thing, a great thing to have. Two minds are better than one anyways. Leaning on others when needed helps me out in a variety of different situations. Whether that is a advice, favors, or just a helpful hand, I’ll get energy from others’ help.
