Introduction
This report aims to show whether our staff members are satisfied with the company’s benefit system or not.
Findings
    The recent meeting shows that the staff is satisfied with employee benefits. Especially, many of them think highly of our insurance related benefits and paid vacations.
    Nevertheless, some complained about meal allowance, as they work far away from home and the rising price of food in such downtown areas is a heavy burden.
    Besides, the poor housing allowance was mentioned. Many of them are dissatisfied with our incentive system: they suggest that the chance of economic incentive gives people the greatest motivation.
    Finally, I would suggest to increase the number of meal and housing allowance and supply various forms of incentives to keep the staff motivated.
Conclusion
In my opinion, we should try to improve the conditions of benefits and incentives for this will enable our company to have a low staff turnover and will also improve the work efficiency.
