INTRODUCTION
This report aims to evaluate different advertising methods that our company is currently using and find out the most effective one.
FINDINGS
According to the analysis of many job hunters, we found that five methods are mainly used by job seekers. Among them, website accounts for 45 percent of all channels which is often used by most students to find our job advertisements. Newspaper takes the second position, and it still takes a great part. Radio listeners are less than before, and people using billboards and magazines to find a job are even less.
As for our company, RMB 24, 000 per year is spent on website, followed by RMB 11,000 on newspaper. Compared with the two channels, magazines take the third position, costing RMB 9, 000 each year.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on the above research, website is the most effective method for our company to publish job advertisements. So more money should be spent on website, while that on magazines should be reduced.
