问题 Canadian video based communication company VideoArch and Chilean systems integrator Adexus have formed a US $ 2.5mn joint venture to 【C1】______  a multimedia communication 【C2】______ , the companies told press.
   The platform will provide 【C3】______  technology for audio and video through private and public networks and will be developed in the capital Santiago as well as in the main areas of Region V.
   "This implementation will be very helpful in improving the 【C4】______  of communication between Chile and Canada and so this JV has received 【C5】______  from Canada’s embassy and Chile’s economic development agency Corfo," Adexus president Carlos Busso told BNamerieas.
   "Over the next 90 days we will work on our business 【C6】______  to have this service up and running in the first half of next year," Busso said.
   The new platform will 【C7】______  communication between Chilean municipalities and foreign communities as well as 【C8】______  and companies.
   The 【C9】______  includes content and platform management, audio, video and web conference functions, 【C10】______  translation and interpretation, some e-commerce capabilities and online 【C11】______ .
   "By choosing a well-known partner, VideoArch aims to establish a world-class center of excellence for 【C12】______  communication. In this way we will be able to build and administrate a communication 【C13】______  between Canada and Chile," VideoArch president and Coo Dean Gendron said at the press conference.
   VideoArch has gained experience in the video conferencing field through projects such as communications between 【C14】______  and judges, as well as transmission of 【C15】______  council sessions. "Eventually, our target is to offer local companies all these types of services as well, with the experience of both companies," Busso said.  [br] 【C10】______
