Employee Performance Appraisal Methods

Measures should have objective and subjective assessment methods.【P3】______
However, the measurement also has to include criteria such as employee commitment or innovation, which are more difficult to quantify.
It is very important that the employee also participates in the performance appraisal.【P4】______. In many cases, they may agree on a middle-ground measurement, given their different opinions. The employee must also be involved with setting goals for the next performance appraisal.
Another important component of appraisal is compensation of employees who are performing at a high-quality level. Regardless, all employees need to be continually rewarded for their efforts.
