    Private schools become very popular and they stimulate the education system to further improvement. Those schools have much more authority nowadays than before. They raise funds by themselves and assume the sole responsibility, for their profits or losses. Therefore, they will relieve the burden of the state. Moreover, the parents of the students show more concern about schools. More qualified teachers and better learning environment are required, and private schools can meet their needs.
    But, on the other hand, private schools also have some problems that need to be solved. For instance, the tuition is always too high for average families to pay. In addition, we can’t deny the fact that some private schools give priority to profits and recruit all kinds of students so that the qualities of their teaching and management are neglected.
    As we know, every coin has its two sides, and the same is true of private schools. We should make better use of the merits and do our best to minimize the defects, thus encouraging the private schools to develop to the biggest extent.
