Neither of them thinks they should offer their seats to the old man.
    In recently years, with the development of economy, the bus has become one of major transportation in many cities. Thus, more and more people choose to take a bus when they do something outside. Of course, the elderly can choose to take a bus. When we take a bus, it is common to see the elderly, the sick, the handicapped, or the pregnant or the person who carries a child in a bus. Some people are kindhearted to offer seats to them while others refuse to do so. They will not offer their seats even when the driver make the repeated announcement "please voluntarily give the elderly, weak, sick, disabled, pregnant a seat. "
