答案     Stress usually affects some parts of the body such as stomach, heart, skin, head and back. What’s worse is that it always causes some physical and mental illness. Besides, stress can cause car accidents, heart attacks, and alcoholism, and may even drive people to suicide.
    To prevent and decrease it, you must pay attention to your feelings, such as when you’re home from work you feel unable to relax; when you can’t enjoy an evening with friends; when you haven’t time for outdoor exercise, then you’d better stop and have a rest. There are various ways to relax, such as doing some exercises before falling asleep, doing window-shopping’ etc.
