解析
由于近似音的干扰,听音时容易把句子“Fermentation is stopped by drying the leaves over fires in pans, trays, or baskets, a process that also seals in their final flavor."误听成“Fermentation is stopped by trying the leaves over fires in pans, trays, or baskets, a process that also seals in their final favor." 根据句中关键词fire(火)可推断应是drying(烘干);根据上下文语义,烘干的茶叶需密封以保存茶叶的flavor(味道),而不是favor(好感,宠爱,关切,欢心)。
