                           Profits of Praise
   You are to write in three parts:
   In the first part, state what you think are the profits of praise.

     Praise is like sunlight to the human spirit. We cannot grow any flower without it. It acknowledges our efforts and eases our tiredness, nervousness and weakness. So praise is very important to a person.
     An ounce of praise is worth a pound of scolding. When a person has done something good and is praised, he feels good. Praise may bring his initiative into full play, so he can do better and contribute more in the future. On the contrary, a person may feel upset and downhearted if he is not praised after having clone something good.
     Try to praise others in your everyday life. Praise functions as lubricating oil. It can promote understanding and ease the tension between each other. Too much complaining and criticism will do the opposite. Considering the good effect, we should never hesitate to praise. Mark Twain’s words once confirmed this belief "I can live for two months on a good compliment."
