   As is clearly mirrored in above cartoon, fake diplomas are flourishing and employers have taken precautions against them. The cartoon describes a job interview between an interviewer and a candidate. The candidate presented a fake university diploma. When the interviewer questioned "You are my classmate? But I’ve never seen you before.", the candidate soon got extremely embarrassed and stammered out his answer. What is depicted in the cartoons seems to be humorous and ironical but thought-provoking on second thoughts. The drawer intends to call upon people’s caution against fake documents, fake resumes, fake degrees and fake diplomas. Moreover, the cartoon is so depicted as to appeal to the public’s conscience to be honest and trustworthy. It is integrity that makes it possible to achieve any goals.
   Therefore, it is imperative to take measures to eliminate fake diplomas. First and foremost, the government should not only expose the fabricators through media but also punish them severely by law, including forcing them to pay a heavy fine. Secondly, employers should keep in touch with universities so as to make sure of the genuineness of the diplomas. What’s more, they should give more weight to candidates’ abilities. Once whoever is found or proved to get the job by using a fake diploma, he should be disqualified from the job competition.
