   We received your delivery 247-97 of four packs of units this morning and, upon opening them, discovered that 12 of the 16 units in one of the packs were broken and cannot be sold.
   Please arrange for a replacement pack to be dispatched at the earliest opportunity, to arrive here no later than 31 May. We would be grateful if you will collect the damaged pack at the same time as you deliver its replacement.
