   1. Sunshine International Tendering(招标) Company (hereafter referred to as "SITC"), for and on behalf of Brilliant International Civil Engineering Company, invites sealed(密封的) bids(投标) from eligible(符合条件的) bidders(竞标人) for the supply of flagstone(板石).
   2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of SITC, Room 622, Golden Fall Plaza, No. 90 Nandan Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai 200035, China, Tel: 86-21-64873356 . A complete set of Bidding Documents  may be purchased by any interested bidders on the submission(提交，呈递) of a written  application to the above address between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. / 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. (Beijing Time) starting March 23, 2006 at the above address (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) and upon payment of a non-refundable (不退还的) fee of RMB 800 or US ＄ 96 per set of the bidding documents only. For mail order, an extra RMB 120 (Domestic)  or US ＄ 40 (Abroad) is required.
   3. Bids must be delivered to Room 622, Golden Fall Plaza, No. 90 Nandan Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai 200035, China at or before 10:30 a. m. (Beijing Time) on April 8, 2006 and must be accompanied by a bid security of no less than 2% of the total bid price.
   4. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 10: 30 a. m. (Beijing Time) on April 10,2006 at Room 622, Golden Fall Plaza, No. 90 Nandan  Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai 200035, China.
