    Our Sales Manager, Mr. William Taylor, and his secretary, Mr. James Rogers will be in Xining from May 23 to 26. Therefore, please kindly reserve one suite and one single room for us for four nights beginning from May 23.
    Besides, we wish you could satisfy our special requests. As Mr. William Taylor will meet customers from some foreign companies in the hotel, and probably sign contracts with some of them, we hope the suite that we reserve will be quiet and have enough seats and tea sets. What’s more, the single room for our secretary should be equipped with the telephone and the fax machine so that he can contact with our company conveniently.
