    Much to my regret, I write this letter to complain about your company’s bad delivery service. The laptop (model number; AA/585) which I ordered from your company on Jan. 1 arrived yesterday. I am sorry to report that the laptop has been badly damaged. There was no unusual damage to the packing case, but when I opened it, I found that the front surface of the machine had been scratched.
