    According to the researchers and the statistics, the physical quality of Chinese students is constantly declining in recent years. Now, the decreasing of young people’s physical quality has been a universal problem in China.
    Attitudes towards this phenomenon vary from person to person. Some consider it is caused by the unhealthy living habits and customs, because many students have bad eating habit and unscientific working and resting arrangement. Some hold that we could blame the educational system for the problem.
    In my opinion, many factors are accountable for this phenomenon, but how to improve the physical quality of students is crucial. On the one hand, parents and schools should pay attention to this problem, and try to correct their bad habits. On the other hand, enough physical training is needed. Also, students could not take excessive medicine so as not to destroy their immunity. All in all, the health of students concerns the future of our country, and everyone should contribute to building up the people’s health.
