    When I started to learn English, my foreign English teacher told me an interesting proverb that goes, "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy." It means that without time off from work, a person becomes both bored and boring.
    It is very true that all of us need relaxation. Longtime work or study without a break will drain our energy and make it hard for us to concentrate on what we are doing, therefore bringing about low efficiency or more mistakes, damaging the quality of our job. To make things worse, all work and no play may cause a lot of physical, mental and even social problems. Have you ever heard the news that Foxconn employees were forced to commit suicide because of too much work pressure? The reason is obvious: excessively long work hours with little time to relax! If they had been given a balanced schedule of work and rest, how could such a tragedy have happened to them?
    I just want to add that all work and no play not only makes Jack a dull boy, but also makes tragedies!
