   As the society develops, more and more people enroll in the postgraduate examination for getting a higher knowledge. But is it the knowledge that they desire, or the diploma? It’s hard to say.
   As we all can see, most companies are inclined to hire the people with higher diploma, which makes people believe that diploma means a better future. However, is it true that high diploma equals to high ability or rich knowledge? The answer is, ability and knowledge do not come along with the diploma. For example, Sam Walton of Wal-Mart Stores Inc., can play a vital role in the success of commercial life without an MBA degree.
   In my opinion, diploma is not equal to knowledge; a diploma is a piece of paper which stands for your education background. But your true ability and the real knowledge come from your hard work and endowment. If you got a diploma by dishonest behavior, no matter how high it is, it stands for nothing.
