    Nowadays, living in a fast-paced society, people are under great pressure. They always strive to get to a point where they would finally have enough happiness; however, it never seems to be enough. They are not happy, because they fail to get the drift of the saying that "A contented mind is a perpetual feast."
    In my opinion, contentment has at least two layers of meaning. In the material sense, we should be satisfied with what we have. We don’t have to compare ourselves with others or try to be someone else. Being grateful to what we have, then we’ll be happy. In the spiritual sense, we must realize that happiness is a choice. We ourselves decide whether we want to be happy and determine the level of contentment. Therefore, why not choose to be happy and content?
    It’s undoubtedly true that the biggest weakness of human nature is that we are not content with what we have achieved. This is exactly the reason why we always think that "The grass is greener on the other side of the fence. " In fact, to be happy could be an easy thing, only if people are easy to be satisfied.
