    In recent years, there have been numerous complaints from various travel destinations around the world about the uncivilized behavior of Chinese tourists. Accordingly, how to be a civilized tourist has become the focus of public concern.
    In my view, traveling in a civilized way is the obligation of each citizen. First of all, each of us should consciously abide by the public order and social ethics wherever we are. It’s common sense that putting an end to such improper behavior as spitting, littering, vandalizing, jaywalking and jumping a queue should be part of an individual’s daily code of conduct. Secondly, traveling can always cause culture shock, so it is important to be aware of the culture and beliefs of our destination.
