Good listening can always show our respect for others, promote mutual understanding and improve interpersonal relationships.
    Few things can be more important than being a good listener, for listening is the key to good communication with others. If we master this ability well, we will not only become better communicators but also have a better relationship with others. To be a good listener, it’s advisable to encourage others to talk about themselves by asking questions that they will be glad to participate in. In addition, to be a good listener does not only mean keeping our minds on what the speaker is saying, but listening with our hearts. Only in this way can we find out what the speakers would really like to say and then get closer to them.
    Above all, what I want to stress is that we need to put more emphasis on listening during communication.
