答案                      Competition and Cooperation
    Competition is very important in a person’s life. The so-called "jungle principle" emphasizes that the fittest survives, which expands the essence of competition to a profound extent. In our modern society, so many well-educated and talented people strive to be outstanding and establish themselves,’ and competition, the way for them to realize their dream, becomes especially more severe than we think it should be. A person should compete for his survival; otherwise, he would be thrown out of the tide of his age.
    Cooperation, however, also plays a significant role in a person’s career.  The development of transportation and communication brings our world into a mobile stage. People all over the world get in touch with each other more easily than before. It is hard for a person who is isolated from the society to have a deep understanding of the world he lives in, let alone accomplishment in his career. In some sense, cooperation is the requirement of the information era.
    My viewpoint is that the way for a person to achieve success is to keep a good balance between competition and cooperation. In other words, he has to cooperate with others to be more competitive, and compete to get a better environment for cooperation.
