    Nowadays, there is an intense competition in the employment market. It is very difficult to get a satisfactory job. Facing this problem, lots of college graduates choose to teach in western China as a volunteer.
    The choice is beneficial to both the development of western China and college graduates. To begin with, it will contribute to the development of western China and our country’s common prosperity. Compared with eastern China, western China is more impoverished and underdeveloped. The college graduates are just like the energies which are the momentum of its development. What’s more, the college graduates are so fresh and inexperienced. Volunteering in an underdeveloped region will be a good chance for them to accumulate working experience meanwhile acquire some working skills.
    As a college student, I support their choices. The volunteering experience will be a priceless spiritual treasure to them. As a result of the special experience, they could cultivate stronger personalities and capability, which will be essential in this competitive world. After my graduation, I would like to teach in western China as well.
