答案
What Makes an Impressive Job Interview?
Today, job-seekers consider interviews as crucial, because their performance at the interviews largely determines whether they will get the job. Therefore, they attach great importance to interviews and make careful preparations. But what contributes to an impressive job interview?
Generally speaking, the main aspects employers care about include the applicants’ academic qualifications, working experiences and personal qualities. And different employers place weight on different aspects.
In my opinion, interviewees’ positive attitude toward life, especially when they are confronted with difficulties, failures, and disappointments, counts a lot, for, in most cases, attitude is everything. Besides, broad horizons are highly appreciated by most interviewers. The experience of a voluntary job, for instance, will add much to an interviewee’s success in obtaining the job.
